There is a lot going on in Baltimore these days. Every day you open the paper you read about some new condo project, restaurant, or proposed office building. From roof decks in Locust Point to Highlandtown to Hamden you can see new construction in every direction. This blog is meant to document and discuss some of these changes. Over time the blog has expanded to cover other Baltimore related topics. Hence the tag line – Real estate, development, and life in Baltimore.

Born and raised in Towson, but has lived in Canton for the past 2 years. He’s seen a lot of changes in Baltimore since he was a kid, and seeing so much positive change recently encouraged him to join the blog. He’s particularly interested in new development, especially retail, restaurants, and residential that add to the character of our city.
