I visited 13.5% wine bar the other weekend and it was amazing. The atmosphere was hip and classy. My friends and I were really impressed with the entire place. I was really blown away with the bartenders and the service, especially in my position ( the director of the Maryland Bartending Acadmey) I know what it takes to be a great server, and at 13.5% they have it!
