		<description>They did an incredible job with this renovation.  I believe that there&#039;s a lot of investors that own vacant properties in that neighborhood.  They&#039;re just sitting on those properties, waiting for someone else to make the first move.  Hopefully this move by Humanium will do the trick.</description>
