The Legg Mason Building is 40 stories and 529ft tall. The Four Seasons, although 44 stories, would only be 495ft tall (according to Emporis). This would make it the 3rd tallest. More stories doesn't always equate to taller. The Baltimore Sun got its facts wrong. The Four Seasons wouldn’t have been the cities tallest. The Legg Mason Building is 40 stories and 529ft tall.
