While Option 4C is their focus, I really wish the tunnel continued through Canton along Eastern Avenue. This would allow folks from Patterson Park & Highlandtown easier access to it, and more importantly it would create a tunnel instead of running a light rail right by my house, resulting in a lot of noise, causing traffic congestion, and reducing the amount of parking in the area.
