East Baltimore Project Gaining National Notoriety

A New York Times article recently published a piece on how the East Baltimore Biotech Park is revitalizing the area around Hopkins, East Baltimore, and beyond.? The project will add 2,400 housing units, 4,000 jobs, and provide millions in added tax revenue for Baltimore City.? Click HERE to read the article.

    University of Maryland has a recently constructed biotech park on the West Side too.

    I hope no biotech escapes! Anyone seen the new “I Am Legend” movie? ;-)

    Hopefully they bring the Metro above ground in this development and provide a park and ride lot. That would bring people into the neighborhood. See: http://www.baltimoregreenline.com
