And then you have to make enough during the tourist season to survive the long winter dead season. It's a tough biz. I think it'll push a lot of the restaurants and small retailers out. I expect that they'll try to combine some of the smaller spaces to bring in larger national retail that can afford it...like what they did with Urban Outfitters.
