You are talking about an area that has been industrial/unoccupied for how long? Of course the infrastructure isn't there, this is part of living in a developing area. Relying less on cars is the real option here.... I understand frustration, but be grateful that you have something so positive to be frustrated about. The only real solution is a bridge over the tracks, and that should have been done years ago. If they build a new street to O'Donnellll, this will overcrowd O'Donnell street and it will be a mess. Also, how crappy is it to be having all of this amazing development going on in the area and our city not offer the appropriate infrastructure. They're really selling us short on this one and it's going to put a damper on development. I find this very frustrating.
