I would equate it to like a Grauls or a Fresh Market... a bit more upscale than the usual fare, but not necessarily gourmet. They don't do the organic food like Whole Foods. Harris Teeter's prepared food is incredible...great to pick up for a meal on the way home from work. Harris Teeter will fit in great...in both Canton and Federal Hill. People will flock to them. Lot's of prepared foods, pasta bar, cheese bar, sushi bar, pizzas to order, etc. Whether that is what ends up being built is another question.
