I would equate it to like a Grauls or a Fresh Market... a bit more upscale than the usual fare, but not necessarily gourmet. They don't do the organic food like Whole Foods. Harris Teeter's prepared food is incredible...great to pick up for a meal on the way home from work. Harris Teeter will fit in great...in both Canton and Federal Hill. People will flock to them. I guarantee it. I used to go to Harris Teeter all of the time when I was in college. Lot's of prepared foods, pasta bar, cheese bar, sushi bar, pizzas to order, etc. Whether that is what ends up being built is another question.
