New Garage to have Retail Component

Published by Jeff at 11:18 pm under Downtown, Inner Harbor

The new 10-story parking structure on Lombard St. between Light St. and Charles St. will apparently have a retail component.  The site, which is adjacent to Burke’s Restaurant will serve as a gateway from the Inner Harbor to the downtown portion of Charles St. with its shops and restaurants.  There will be approximately 10,000 sf of retail.  The garage is intended to serve employees of the current Legg Mason and Bank of America Buildings which house far more workers than available parking spaces.
