The Montford Stag Bar in Canton Reopening

Supposedly The Montford Stag Bar, at 743 S. Montford Ave. in Canton (on the corner of Fait and Montford), will be re-opening this? Saturday at? 5 pm? as a fully renovated bar.? I took a peek as I drove by earlier today at it looks really? nice.? ? More information to follow.? If anyone makes it there before I do, please post a review.

    If you haven’t heard, (and you can hear it from blocks away) the bar is definitely open. The work inside is beautiful, but it’s narrower than before. This is probably due to the large window seats (awesome addition). The bar is longer, the wood working is amazing, and the drinks are still as strong as I remember.

    Apparently The Montford will be having their Grand re-opening celebration this coming Saturday. All day.
