I live in that ether world between Riverside and Locust Point as well (although, far enough behind the welcome "Locust Point" sign, that I never thought it would be an issue)and identify myself as a Locust Point resident. That is just the way it is. If this person wants to live in some place called "the hill", go for it, just leave me out of it.

First of all I checked on the City Website and there is not neighborhood between Riverside and Locust Point.
http://www.baltimorecity.gov/neighborhoods/south.php - look for yourself!
The "Hill" doesn't exist, so aparently you live in some magical or parallel dimension. I think if the Hill Existed the City of Baltimore would know about it. If you live in the "Hill" I live in the "Estaes At Hull Street". Besides why can't you just live in either Riverside or Locust Point. And to be honest I am glad you "definately" don't live in Locust Point. Anyone who is that big of douche-bag over calling their neighborhood the worng name can live somewhere else.
