The 3 Most Expensive Homes in Baltimore

According to Realtor.com – The three most expensive homes for sale in Baltimore are:

  1. The Penthouse at the soon to be built Pinnacle Tower
    $7,200,000, 3 Bed, 5.5 Bath, 7,560 Sq. Ft.

  2. 2 Story Condo at Spinnaker Bay
    $4,600,000,
    2 Bed, 3.5 Bath, 32,114 Sq. Ft.

  3. 1934 Woodbrook Colonial
    $3,850,000, 6 Bed, 8 Bath, 2.58 Acres

But for my money I think I? might have to? go with #6 – a huge 5 Bed, 5.5 Bath Hampton estate for $3,495,000.

    Very true – looks like the house sits about half a mile north of of the city line. The search on Realtor.com for “Baltimore” pulled it up though – so I guess they consider it close enough…
