		<description>The problem I have with pratt street and I guess the inner harbor are in general is that it&#039;s kind of baltimore&#039;s equivilant to NYC&#039;s times square.  It&#039;s crowded during the weekday with workers in the area, and on the weekends with tourists.  But most city residents avoid it. Perhaps if you need something from a mall - you hit gellery place, but i would rather drive to towson or columbia for those needs.</description>
